The day has just run away with me again. It’s now 10:15pm UK time and I realise that I haven’t posted my Friday image. I have been hard at it since 07:00am and I’m tired. I have therefore turned to a traditional coastal landscape image from my recent holiday (which now seems a very distant memory) to cheer myself up. I hope you enjoy.
Have a great weekend everyone.
Robin
Great image on a day when there has been no sun in the south East. I had to put my glasses on as, I thought that you were somewhere in the Cinque Terre!
Thank you. I do think I was very lucky with the timing of my trip. Having said that the sun has been shining for weeks now up North.
Hey Robin, in general I like to thank you for your blog and the pictures that are coming in every week. I really appreciate and love it! All the best, Michael
Thank you. It’s great to hear when people like my work. It makes the effort worth it.
Just thinking about St Ives cheers me up! Lovely image. I’m wondering what lens you used.
Thank you. St Ives is a wonderful place isn’t it. The lens I used was the 14-45mm Panasonic kit lens that I originally had from my GF1 (about 3 years old now). It’s a lovely lens and I haven’t bothered to upgrade it until recently. Even then I can’t bear to part with it. I have it on the camera 90% of the time.
Lovely mood and tones.
Thank you very much. Some of the evening shots I managed had wonderful hues. Great atmospherics.
