I really like the image bar one thing – that ‘reddish’ dead branch (?) about 5cms up and across from the bottom right hand corner.
Hi Steve, you bring up an interesting point. I looked at the branch when I was preparing the image and wondered if I should remove it. In the end I decided to leave it in as it’s part of the natural order (or disorder) of the scene. Had this been a piece of litter introduced by man, I would have removed it. This is the way that my brain operates and I suspect each of us will have our own standards that we work too. Sometimes we find that we have to compromise on an image to keep to our standard. That sounds really deep but it’s not meant to.
