Did you need so many bracketed shots to record this shot? The dynamic range looks quite shallow
The dynamic range was actually quite high, its the HDR blending that has removed the contrast. The trees in the foreground appeared as black and the sky was quite light in a traditional shot using 3 stop ND grad. It was only with the 2 stops under and over exposed that the image worked.
